Where do you work?
In person, I work in the Practice Rooms in Brighton, Hove, and London Bridge. These are beautiful, warm, private rooms. They have space to move around, big comfy chairs, lamps, plants, and windows with natural light. I also meet clients in parks (e.g., Stanmer Park, Brighton) for walking therapy, and I work online.
Who do I work with?
People from all walks of life. This often includes: neurodivergent people wanting more understanding and support; queer people exploring their sexuality and gender; people feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected; people adjusting after trauma, loss, or big life changes; anyone seeking to know themselves better and live with more authenticity; anyone who wants help with daily struggles.
